Prithviraj Dasgupta has significant expertise and accomplishments in business management, project development and operations excellence with a proven record of taking innovative ideas from concept to completion. He has lived and worked in India, the United States and Canada and draws upon his diverse global experiences to meld internationally inspired trends and evolving consumer aspirations in India to create homes that are as marvelous to look at as they are a delight to live in.

Prior to co-founding Ortiva Realty & Developers Pvt. Ltd., Prithviraj was Managing Director of GE Capital’s Vehicle & Equipment Leasing business in Canada based in the Greater Toronto Area. He has worked with General Electric Co. (GE) for over a decade in various global roles of increasing responsibilities. He has also worked with Philips Lighting in India and ExlService in New York.

He graduated from Delhi University with a First-Division degree in B.A. Economics  (Honours) and as College Final Year Topper. He completed his post graduate diploma in business management (PGDBM) from IMI, New Delhi.

Preeti Dasgupta has strong project management experience in leading residential construction projects encompassing end-to-end fulfillment of design, development, deployment and delivery activities.

Prior to co-founding Ortiva Realty & Developers Pvt. Ltd., Preeti has worked with leading global companies like General Electric (GE) and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in various roles in project management, corporate HR and Six-Sigma quality.

She is an alumnus of St. Stephen’s college (Delhi University) where she graduated with a First-Division degree in B.A. Economics (Honours). She completed her post graduate diploma in business management (PGDBM)from IMI, New Delhi.

Amit Bahl is a gold medalist graduate from the prestigious School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi (Bachelors in Architecture - B.Arch1996). He has over 15 Years of experience in Architectural Design, Detailing and Co-ordination in Habitat Design Projects. He is registered with the Council of Architecture (COA) and is a recognized practitioner with the Municipal Corporation of Delhi.

His approach to architecture is holistic - balancing health, ecology, sustainability and a spirit in design. It celebrates inter-dependence, diversity and propriety in both the natural and built environment.
